A named cultivar from the La Buffa Rosa Group — fragrant pink and white Zephyranthes originally wild-collected at Sierra Chiquita in the Sierra Madre Oriental mountains of Tamaulipas, Mexico, and introduced by Yucca Do Nursery.

'Pink Panther' sits at the heart of the La Buffa Rosa colour range — a true, clear soft-to-medium pink with a lighter centre, delicately fragrant, and one of the most reliably vigorous performers in the group. Where 'Heart Throb' runs deep and 'Lily Pies' runs white, 'Pink Panther' is the classic pink of the collection. Medium-sized flowers 6–7 cm on strap-like foliage. Flowers well through summer to autumn after rain, multiplies freely via offsets, and performs well in pots, garden beds, and rockeries in full sun to part shade. Prefers to be crowded. Can cross-pollinate with other Zephyranthes.
