She has super strong stems, another fantastic dahlia from Florelie. We will definitely be growing more of this one next season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003ePirouette is a decorative dahlia bred by Lorelie Merton of Florelie, a Victorian cut flower and dahlia specialist, and released in 2021. The blooms are a pale pink with a buttercream to soft lemon centre, holding their form reliably with a tight centre that stays clean even as the flower matures. The plants are tall with long strong stems - exactly what you need when you’re cutting for arrangements.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eGrowing Information\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eSowing time: \u003c\/b\u003eSeeds need warmth to germinate - soil temperature of at least 18°C, ideally 20-25°C.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eStarting method: \u003c\/b\u003eSow into seed raising mix in small pots or trays, covering seeds lightly with about 5mm of mix. The paper towel method also works well - place seeds between damp paper towels in a warm spot (20-25°C), check daily, and pot up as soon as you see a root emerge.
